[ Brief ]
XDL series power activated carbons are produced by chemical method with the selected perfect sawdust as raw material, carbonized and activated under high temperature, and then removing impurity. The products are no odor, tasteless, with the character of high purity, low impurity, sufficient rational hole structure, short absorbing saturation time and fast filtering speed etc. The series includes the following 8 types of powdered activated carbons ( XDL-1 to XDL-5).

[ Main Uses ]
Sugar, pharmaceuticals (injection), amino acid, citric acid, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, wine, food, soften drink, drink water purifying, wastewater treatment, dye intermediats, ascorbic acid, antibiotics, vitamin, hormone, phosphoric acid, carbonates, oil and fats etc.

XDL - 1

Character : This product has the characters of developed transition structure, fast filter speed, high purity & low impurity content.
Use: Mainly used for absorbing the macromolecule organic coloring matters decolorizing in the process of production of amino acid, citric acid & food industries. Used to remove the glue of anti-crystallization to improve the performance of crystallization.

Character : This product has developed transition pore structure high absorption capacity and fast filtering speed.
Use : Particularly effective for decolorizing, deodorization, refining and purifying of liquid sugars in production of glucose, starch syrup, fructose, xylose, sucrose etc. and in the production of amino acids (such as cysteine,glutamic acid, methionine etc.).

Character : This activated carbon has abundant micro and transition pores, high absorption capacity to coloring matters of medium and small molecule structure.
Use : Mainly used for decolorizing, deodorization and glue content removing for sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, glutaconic acid, ascorbic acid, fruit juice, pectin,glucose, nucleic series condiments, monosodium glutamant, glucose etc. Used for anti side-reaction in dyes production to increase the yield rate. And also used for decolorizing for dye intermediates & cleaning solution in dying industries.

Character : This product has abundant micro pore structure, with very strong absorption capacity to the coloring matters of small molecule structure, very high affinity to ionic coloring matters.
Use : Used for decolorizing, deodorization, refining, purifying in the production of medicine raw materials, intermediates inorganic chemical industries. Used to catch & reclaim antibiotics, vitamin, hormone, ferments, nucleic series spiceries and other biochemical medicines in the process of production.
